Work with Triferto

How would I describe working at Triferto in three words? Versatile, flexible and approachable. In my role, I ensure that products arrive at the right place, at the right time. I maintain contact with various parties, from suppliers to carriers and warehouse staff. Our company culture provides a structure that allows ample freedom to shape your own role. I really appreciate this flexibility. Everyone is approachable, making it easy to talk to my colleagues - something I greatly value about Triferto. 

At Triferto, I've had the opportunity to work with team leaders to implement improvements at the company and I've then seen the resulting increased production turnover.  I am proud of our products and the fact that I've contributed  to their success alongside my colleagues. We are truly a close-knit group, with both Belgium and the Netherlands working together closely. There's always time for a laugh and a chat, not just during our fantastic Christmas parties or family days. Every day brings something new, but what I truly appreciate are our customers and truck drivers who always leave with a smile. Isn't that great?

Working in the back office in the Netherlands is incredibly varied. From processing orders to communicating with customers by phone and email, I thrive on balancing their needs with those of our organisation! Triferto is a 'down-to-earth and normal' company where I feel at ease. There is a friendly atmosphere and thought is genuinely given to the needs of employees. We are a seasonable business with peaks and quieter times and we always have (delicious!) coffee ready for everyone.
