Your role
As Customer Service Representative, you are the main contact for our customers. You play a key role in the entire order process and work closely with colleagues from sales, logistics, production, and transport. With your energy, structure, and service orientation, you ensure that everything runs smoothly.

• Build strong, sustainable customer relationships within the Sales team.
• Manage the entire order process: from quotation to delivery.
• Monitor the progress of orders and continuously coordinate with internal teams.
• Think about process improvements and actively contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Triferto.

Your qualifications and experiences

• A completed Master's or Bachelor's degree, preferably in commerce, administration, or logistics.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a nice bonus.
• Several years of experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in an international B2B environment.
• Based near Zwijnaarde (Ghent)
• Decisive, independent, and service-oriented.
