Sodium fertiliser

Some crops, particularly beets, require sodium. This element is essential to sound development of this crop. Sodium has no effect on the yield of grassland. However, a grass ration that is rich in sodium stimulates taste. Good tasting roughage stimulates food absorption (ds absorption) in cattle and is strongly related to a higher milk yield.
